Where do you ship?

We ship to U.K. addresses only.

Can I choose where to send my order?

Yes, you do not have to ship to the cardholder address. If the delivery address differs from your cardholder address you will be asked for your landline telephone number (as known by your card issuers) as an extra security measure.

RETURNS POLICY

What happens if I don't like what I've ordered ?

You have the same rights when buying here as you have when buying in a shop. We offer a full 14 day money back guarantee so if you are not happy with your purchase we will replace it with the same or different item, or refund the full sales price of the product if you prefer. We can not however offer a refund for any items which have been personalised, unless it is faulty or incorrect".
